These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the co-parenting platform and services ("Service") operated by your law firm ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Important: If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
For Law Firms: CoWinter operates on a revenue-sharing model with a 50% split. Law firms charge their clients $100/month and retain $50/month per active client family.
For Families: Payment is processed through your law firm's branded platform. All billing disputes should be directed to your legal representative.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the law firm providing the service.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Legal Standards
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CoWinter and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Law firms are granted a limited license to use our white-label platform for providing services to their clients under their own branding.
In no event shall your law firm, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
